The annual season of album releases is here you guys! Have you heard of Double Dutchess yet? Fergie’s 2nd studio album released on 22nd September 2017. Let’s get a dope of the entire album & see our top picks for an exclusive Fergie playlist!

1. Hungry ft. Rick Ross
“Hungry, starving/ not thirsty, just hungry/ ambitious, still hungry/ still hungry.”
For all of us who use music as a mood enhancer, this track is a perfect confidence booster!

2. Like it ain’t nuttin’
A hip hop song with repetitive and braggadocios lyrics. This one fails to impress the listeners.

3. You already know ft. Nicki Minaj
Old school hip hop but not as whimsical. This collab could’ve been so much better. Sorry Fergie!

4. Just like you
It’s indeed a great song!  Check it out our review in our first blog

British girl band ‘Little Mix’ and Nicki Minaj sing about girl power in new collaboration ‘Woman Like Me’

5. A little work
A melodic pop song with a little hint of church song. And why not? It talks about just that! “When everything around me starts to fall/ I rise up to the call/ we’re all just a little bit broken/ we’re all just a little bit hurt.” Lovely chorus! Listen it up here..

6. Life goes on
An unapologetic pop track, a perfect break up anthem. Boy, bye!
“Life goes on with or without you/ It’s up to you what you’re gonna do/ You could go or you could stay.”

7. M.I.L.F. $
A party track which makes me want to move on to the next track already…

8. Save it til morning
I’m confused about my life after listening to this one! An acoustic – pop track which goes off beat time and again.

9. Enchanté (Carine) ft. Axl Jack
A fantastic tropical house – EDM combo! Forget the lyrics, I vote for its music!

10. Tension
A dance number which doesn’t make me dance at all.

11. L.A. love (la la) ft. YG
Most of y’all have already danced to this one! After released in Nov 2014 L.A. love is added to Double Dutchess.

12. Love is blind
Reggaeton infused number you can certainly dance to for a few days from now. “Your number one, I just wanna be/ Your only love, to me, it’s crystal clear/ I’m in love & love is blind.”

13. Love is pain
An emotional ballad with lovely rhythm. It indeed is catchy! ” You don’t know how it feels to be me/ wish you could feel it/ you would never survive this burning.”

Our top picks are

  • L.A. Love
  • Just for you
  • A little work
  • Life goes on
  • Love is blind and
  • Love is pain
